We were delighted to welcome parents and carers this term to our 'Stay and Play' sessions, providing families with time to spend with their children and to gain a deeper understanding of learning in the early years. This is the feedback we received...

It is so lovely to see my child in his school. He is very happy and is enjoying school so much. The outdoor classroom is great. You can tell that the children are very happy here.

Seeing the class and school work will help with discussion about their day and what they get up to. The class has a very calm atmosphere. Love the Colour Monster feeling board.

It's been great! Great to see what my child gets up to and why he's so happy at school.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you and well done for your work and investment in our little boy. I think the set-up is phenomenal and the way your teaching style is, seems to be working.

It was very nice to see all the activities and toys where my child plays. I enjoyed seeing the classroom and I can see why my child has settled in so quickly. Thank you.

It's lovely to come and see my child at school, and so nice to see that she has settled in well and is making new friends. We're so encouraged to see the impact your teaching has had on our child in such a short space of time. She is coming home practising words and letters, telling us about her day and generally having a great time. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to see our child at school.

The teachers are very welcoming. I got to see all areas of the classroom. My child was very happy and confident in showing me around his class. This shows the teachers have taken great care, making sure he is happy and familiar with everything.

Overwhelmed by how much you do for the children. The work you are doing is incredible. My child has come on so much in such a short space of time.

What a wonderful environment for our child to learn and grow.

Stay and Play at Little Lennie's was wonderful! It was so nice to have the experience of playing together at my child's setting and seeing all her favourite toys and activities and meeting her friends - who she talks so much about at home! The Little Lennie's staff are always so friendly and welcoming and we know my child will continue to thrive this year (just as her sister did when she was at pre-school here!). 

A lovely afternoon seeing what my child gets up to at Little Lennie's. It's a lovely environment and all seem to have the best time.

Really enjoyed the Stay and Play session. It has been great to spend time with my child in the pre-school set up. We enjoyed the conker and acorn tray and playing outside with the cones and tyres. We would definitely come again.

It was brilliant to see the learning environment. It's filled me with confidence that my child is in the right place.

My child has developed tremendously since the last Stay and Play. He concentrates for longer and sits really well. The encouragement and love the teachers show to everyone is quite lovely.

It was wonderful to be able to be in the provision and play! My child was really excited to show me around, sharing her learning both in books and on displays. Stay and Plays are great as they don't feel rushed. You actually have time to look at everything and ask questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the children's classroom. All children seem to be content and was lovely to see.

The girls love coming to Little Lennie's. They are always happy to return on Mondays and the variety of activities they undertake is great.

We are really pleased with how my child has settled into Little Lennie's. She enjoys coming in each morning and always tells us about her day. I like getting the printed out overview at the start of each week.
