If you are worried or hurt or upset - tell an adult you trust
If you have worries, you can 'talk to Ollee' an online helper
Childline is part of the NSPCC and is a charity that is there to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.
You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are there to support you.
When you call them on 0800 1111 (it's free to call) you’ll get through to a counsellor, they’re there to listen and support you with anything you’d like to talk about. Or you can have a 1-2-1 counsellor chat online.
The NSPCC visited school to tell us about the Let's Talk PANTS campaign.
