Harvest Festival

Year 2 lead Harvest Festival in Church on Tuesday 10th October 2017.

We taught our parents and friends in school about children not as lucky as we are in Burundi and in Ghana.

We raised lots of money for the Bishop's Harvest Appeal.

Have a look at some of our photos.

Tennis Lesson

This week year 2 had a tennis lesson. They learnt some super skills and had a mini competition.

To watch our 'COOL' week singing workshop, please click here.

Rowan class kicked off 'COOL' week with learning the art of tie dye . The finished products look phenomenal!

They also had time to make up their own African inspired dance to tell the story of how they made their wonderful dyed pieces.

After many weeks of learning new skills such as the long jump, long distance running, sprinting and vortex throwing, year 2 all came together for a Quadrathlon tournament.

We are very proud of the effort put in by all pupils and the fabulous team spirit shown by all.
